For preparing  your contribution, please use one of the provided templates. 
There are templates available for
    LaTeX ( more precisely a package to be used)
    WORD 
and for
    FrameMaker.

If your contribution is finished, please translate it into one PDF-document. 
Each of the above word processing systems admits this. 

And then  send it to the EASST-secretary (Dr. Julia Padberg, 
padberg@cs.tu-berlin.de)

Using these templates you help ensuring an even and nice layout.
